Are you connecting your people, processes, and technology?

Are you connecting your people, processes, and technology?

How are you using your people?

While walking through the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport I saw this ad from UiPath.

The words of the ad captured my attention:  You don’t have a people problem; you have a “how you’re using a people problem.”

I want to take this topic beyond automation.

Connecting people, processes, and technology with Continuous Improvement and Technology can help solve how you use a people problem.

Ultimately, you must enable technology and processes that allow your people to be efficient and learn.

You do not want our people to be robots.

You want people to stop doing non-value add and mundane tasks so they can work more strategically.

This will allow your people to become more satisfied and excited about work, which will help your customers and your bottom line.

Two thought questions that can help you determine how you use your people:

Are you using your people strategically ❓

Are your employees happy❓

These questions can help you recognize if you need further action to connect your people, processes, and technology.

 What are your thoughts?

How have you enabled your technology and processes to help your people?

If you want help connecting your people, processes, and technology, let’s set up some time to chat.

“You don’t have a people problem; you have a how you’re uisng a people problem.”
